If I could give negative stars
If I could give negative stars, I would. This was one of the worst experiences with an online order I have ever had. I ordered one of their mineral crystal mugs on Dec. 15th and did not get it until Jan. 23. The mug was not even close to the picture. It was a crudely painted small, poorly made mug. The paint was splotchy and so poorly done with paint drips down the side and on the bottom. It looked like the worst DIY job ever. I am embarrassed to give it to the person I bought it for, so I will probably just throw it away. DO NOT buy from this website!!!
