Very efficient problem solving by Wessex
I contacted Wessex as I was struggling to link the router with my printer. Having downloads the Nokia app as recommended, I couldn't log on as administrator to enable me to pair the printer to the network. It became clear that the label underneath the router showed the wrong admin username and password. This really shouldn't be allowed by Wessex as if the correct logon details had been shown I'd have been able to resolve the problem on my own. However, Stephanie at Wessex was brilliant. She identified the problem, provided me with the correct logon details from the Wessex system, and I was able to log in and 5 minutes later I was printing. Stephanie was polite and very efficient, didn't make me feel stupid and got me sorted out with a minimum of fuss and bother. Thanks Stephanie. Thanks Wessex.
