We had a pretty good winter here! Brett/Robinson is quite attentive to our needs & any repairs. There was a nail protruding from the Master mattress which ripped open my finger when putting the fitted sheet over the corner. Someone was there the next day to take care of that. The toilet handle in Master bath broke, & was fixed same day. The only reason we are not giving it 5 stars is that our unit was suppose to be a 'premiere' unit & we paid 'premiere' price. Since last year the living room furniture is quite soiled & in need of cleaning & at least new cushions that are of firmer foam should be replaced. The pillows were old & made of feathers which stuck you every time you used them, so they were useless to us. We had to use bedroom decor pillows. It seems that Brett/Robinson should check on these premiere units to see if they are indeed kept up - even looking at decor & if in need of fresh paint! Very nice new balcony furniture that we thoroughly enjoyed! We may be asking for a different unit for next year if these things aren't tended to.
