The absolute SCAM
The absolute SCAM! I selected to buy tickets for two (2) people, but their idiotic system could only accept one purchase at the time. I now have purchased one ticket and their idiotic system could not load the page for a second person (despite the message on display), hence I cannot purchase a second ticket for my wife, although I selected two (2) people at the beginning of the booking procedure. On top of this there is no one to talk to, no chat/help, nothing!!! I am in despair as this is an intercontinental flight!
