Ich warte seit Monaten mich in der…

Ich warte seit Monaten mich in der Secure App einzuloggen. Ich kann keine SMS empfangen. Jedesmal wird geschrieben, dass ich es an meinem Telefonanbieter liegt, was nicht sein kann, dass ich SMS von Freunde bzw. Firmen SMS Nachrichten bekomme. Ich hatte eine Reise gebucht, womit ich auch von Hanse Merkur div. Versicherungen bekomme könnte. Da mir der Zugang verweigert wurde musste ich eine andere Bank nehmen. Die Ereichbarkeit am Telefon ist eine Zumutung mit einer Mindestwartezeit von 30 Minuten.
