Frustrating time and steal

I thought I was buying official tickets and I didn’t receive the confirmation email with the tickets. I asked around the Sagrada wether someone could find it with order number but nobody could and there was no physical stand for this company. I ended up getting an email saying there were no tickets available for that time slot but nothing about being reimbursed. Also the price is 8€ more than normal entries. A real fraud
