Why do EWT ask for feedback and not to respond to a score of-1?? Extremely poor customer service. We are waiting since 18th December for repair. We were given a date of 11th January, which was postponed. We now have a tentative date of 17th January. We have phoned to get a sooner date, but not even a return call. What way is that to treat paying customers? Who manages Customer Service?
