Course was excellent
Course was excellent, Neill Havers was very good, interesting and knowledgeable but the materials which had been promised me over the phone by one of your team were never sent before the course began. Therefore I was unable to prepare. When it came to doing a particular exercise working with our scripts and which the tutor had taken time to prepare only one student had received the materials and the tutor had to adapt on the spot. He had to read the script to us instead of us practising in pairs. This was really disappointing, particularly as he told us this is not the first time this has happened with Chrysalis. This significantly affected the learning experience and frankly was embarrassing for the tutor. We are paying good money for Chrysalis courses and this is really unprofessional. Please can you send them to me. Thank you Sheila Hampson
