Id like to place a Big Complaint…
Id like to place a Big Complaint against not only Management but store assistants at Springwood Aldi! My Partner dedicated 13 Yrs of her life performing at a high standard not only as a deputy Manager for 5 years but a True Friend to Many of Aldi's Customers to the extent of Recieving many Grateful and Thank you Comments on Aldi's Reviews Page, Many of Her loyal Customers followed her from Aldi Slacks Creek to Springwood when she Transferred and Dropped from Deputy Manager to Stoe Assistant for life style Reasons but by no means dropping her high standard of customer service or physical expectations she actually added to her increasing and demanding workload by starting to take home Aldi's laundry so she had clean hygienic tea towels to use instead of putrid ones! At her own expense and time never once getting a compliment or at least free laundry detergent! She carried this on for 8 more years with no thanks whatsoever, the last 3 months of her 13 year stent was the straw that broke the Camel's back by this time she had sweated and accumulated so many injuries including both rotator cuffs, Carpertunnel, and her latest injury is both archilles but denied any sort of work cover as Aldi classed them as non work injuries!! So after being pushed to the absolute limit and given 2 written conversations within in a month because her times restocking shelves and profusely sweating is jus not cutting it!! And needs to pick it up! Carrying injuries and physically unable to meet there very high physical standards! She was forced to take a weeks stress leave then returned to the same nazi like regime! So handed in a 2 week notice resignation letter!! After 13 years of loyal dedication she didn't even Recieve a thank you card nothing!! Its disgusting how she was treated and saddens me watching how Aldi have jus tossed her in the Rubbish Pile!!! ALDI YOU NEED TO TAKE A GOOD HARD LOOK AT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR STAFF!!
