Refund issues and very poor customer service and communication
Flights cancelled due to LHR outage issue back in March 2025, still awaiting refund on return flights. Very poor communication and customer service with varying excuses on each conversation. Initially was told no flights were going back to LHR from AUH until few days later due to outage and max capacity flights which forced me to book another flight. Travel Junction had said my return flight costs would be refunded on the original booking and can take 6-10 weeks - it has now been around 13-14 weeks where i have continuously chased the refund for 3 passengers for the last 3 weeks and being told airline has refunded them but they have internal payment processing issues. they have not been able to provide evidence of the amount refunded by airline and no longer responding to emails on time frame. not sure how internal issues for payment processing is on going for weeks leaving customers out of pocket.
