Avoid avoid avoid
Like others, I used this platform to book hotels (in India) and upon arrival was told they were fully booked. I appreciate that booking.com cannot stop them from doing this, but later the same day the same hotels listed availability! The "customer support" is virtually non-existent and I'm sure they won't be taking these hotels off their listings or penalising them. I will not be using them again, nor recommending them. Use another platform/app.
