Outstanding service and comfort

Cathay's premium economy exceeded my expectations in every way. The seat pitch was generous, allowing me to actually sleep comfortably during the overnight flight. Crew was professional and friendly, checking on passengers regularly without being intrusive. The dining experience felt almost business class quality with proper glassware and multiple courses.
