Shrinkflation?
I have used Phox for almost two years now, and I have to say the quality has been steadily decreasing. I used to be very happy, but now I have the constant problem of the filter packs having less and less product. They almost used to fill the cartridge, and now they come up only halfway. I have complained but they only replaced one of the two I buy with the subscription. This is getting very annoying.
