Return process is horrible
The delivery took a couple of weeks, but that was to be expected at the end of the year, especially with Black Friday and all. I am happy with the quality of their stretch flannel shirts; the fabric feels great. Unfortunately, one of the shirts was too large, so I had to swap it for a smaller size. That’s when the return process started, and that’s where I’m less satisfied. They ship their products from France, and the customer is responsible for returning the items at their own risk. I paid DHL to deliver the products to the address they provided. Three days later, DHL attempted delivery, but there was no one there to receive the package. I tried to contact BornPrimitive and informed them that the products were at the local parcel shop. However, they said they couldn’t retrieve it and that their hands were tied. Now, I have to wait for DHL to return the package and then send it again. How inefficient and environmentally damaging is that? I hope DHL will return the package to me, so I can gift the larger size to someone else. I won’t be ordering from BornPrimitive again—I can’t take that risk.
