Excellent Mental Health Workshop
I attended a one day workshop ran by Team Mental Health. The workshop was organised excellently and was adapted to our workplace. There was lots of opportunity to ask questions and the answers were always personal and thorougher. I recommend Team Mental Health for any organisation wanting to give their staff more of an insight into looking after their own and other colleague's Mental Health.
