NOX hotel Richmond
NOX hotel Richmond – We had a problem! At first glance, the room looked simple and okay. But once we got settled, the visit started with the discovery that the bedding was covered in human hair. So I began my stay by going to the reception to ask for new, clean bedding. The bed itself was only 140 cm wide, which resulted in us deciding that only one person could sleep in the room, even though we had booked it because we have family in Richmond. The room was also dirty, especially in the corners. This was most noticeable in the bathroom, where the trash can was not emptied and completely overflowing. The staff at the hotel are friendly but not equipped to work in a hotel setting. It seems like the cleaning staff and young students are running the place. This is not a hotel we will use again, even though we often have family gatherings in Richmond. It’s unfortunate that some choose to run hotels without taking pride in their management. Significant improvements need to happen before we would consider staying at this hotel again.
