I must say this review only applies to Fairfield Kingston Access into carpark exceedingly difficult. Long narrow spiral ramp. It was obvious many vehicles had scraped going in. Not a carpark for anything bigger than a fiat 500. Mostly V narrow parking spaces with lots of pillars. luckily we were able to find a rare wider space.it gets worse Tried to pay to exit. Tried all pay stations. All said they couldn’t read the ticket. Which was in a perfect condition. Searched whole carpark No attendants. No help buttons to speak to. Rang the number o the ticket. Took about 25 mins for someone to answer lots of time spent explaining and reading out all ticket details. Eventually after a total of one and a half hours and payment we escaped sadly there is no recognition of time spent and
