Great product and great customer service
I accidentally ordered the wrong color. They were very kind to send me the correct color at no charge even though the mistake had been mine. And, I did not have to return the wrong color. Their response was extremely timely, friendly, and helpful. In addition, the product is great and looks good on my couch. So nice to have this instead of having to constantly cover it with blankets to keep it clean.
