Far too pushy...
I filled out the online form to receive an instant quote and got it straight away which was great. I then received a further email with an increased quote by £1,000 (which seemed a bit odd) and a link to a form to fill in some additional information- all of this was fine. However I then got bombarded with phonecalls throughout the day and voicemails (6 in a 6 hour window). I also got a further 5 emails throughout the day. I appreciate the company will want to get my business however I found this extremely off putting and decided against using the company at all, despite the quote offered. A single call and voicemail followed up with an email would have been sufficient for me to get in touch. A warning to anyone putting their contact details onto the online form - be prepared for lots of calls and emails!
