Terrible quality and service
The Sakura mobile sim card worked for about 5 mins and then stopped. I had to go into airplane mode for it to work again, for another 5 mins before stopping. I called the help line and they suggested I test the sim card in my friends phone, since all my settings were correct. They said I would be able to get a refund if it didn't work. I tested it in my friend's phone and it also affected his e-sim and stopped it from working properly. The Sakura sim card didn't work so I emailed the company to get a refund. I had already purchased an e-sim and set it up because I needed internet while on holiday. Sakura mobile won't refund unless I send screenshots, but I don't want to ruin my e-sim and my holiday by having no internet! Terrible sim and terrible service!
