UNPROFESSIONAL PRACTICE & STAFF INCLUDING USELESS MANGER…
I left as the receptionists have no manners, failed to listen, over talking and are quite condescending. Especially Noor. He manger is equally as incompetent. You are over charged at private appointments yet there is nothing private about the appointment apart from the cost. Poor organisation and very poor time keeping. I left this dental surgery again. There was a reason I left the first time. I won't be paying my hard earnt money to such awful practice. I called gor a refund that took me over X4 calls only to get through to a receptionist with lack of knowledge but wanted to argue with me all because I asked her her name. Manger thinks this is part of data protection. Absolutely ridiculous. I requested a refund and receipt. Only to be told they cannot email me the request. The basics. We're in 2025 absolutely pathetic. Hence I left and I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AWFUL PLACE. Save your money and time and go elsewhere where!
