Sonic Spa Pro with Steribrite
This sonic cleaner didn’t clean my retainers. It has made them cloudy and not clear. I purchased the top set with the tablets. I contacted Sonic and explained and asked for refund. They said no as I had undone cellophane! Apparently you can’t get a refund unless you haven’t opened it. How on earth are you supposed to use it and discover it isn’t working! As my hygienist said the guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on then. How do they know it could be faulty. I was told they can’t let people in the warehouse touch items that have been used. Totally unimpressed! Would not recommend.
