The passport office turned down the photo I had originally sent. When I processed the photo via Passport Photo Online and received my code which made it easy to upload on the Gov site as well my passport photo was accepted and my documents were processed without further delay.

Our system was installed in October 2021. The engineer did a brilliant job because the unit is quite tall it wouldn't fit in under the sink without modding the shelves which he did without a fuss leaving as much storage space as possible. I just did the first service myself no problems. Our tap water was good before very little lime scale but the odd time you could get the hint of fluoride. Since the filter went in the kettle is shinning, the tea is scum free and we use the water when ironing no more limescale build ups there either. I can honestly say we drink more water now because of the filter.
