Better than in-person Physical Therapy
CBT is the most effective, comprehensive, cost-efficient therapy system I've ever experienced for back problems. My friends warned me "there's no substitute for a good (in-person) physical therapist", but they were wrong. I gave CBT a try and it over-delivered. Their guarantee made it risk-free. One drawback: their advertised 15 minutes/day applies to exercises only. The daily instructional videos take another 2-10 minutes; the emotional support offerings, Q&A sections, and interesting extra videos can take up a half hour or more on any given day. Finding the time to fully benefit from the total experience was a challenge, because I only planned for 15-20 minutes.
