Ordering and packaging needs some attention.
Good products and a nice website, but the ordering process and packaging-part really needs some TLC. I bought 2 products, went through the payment process and then waited and after 4 days I had still not received any tracking (even though the money had been drawn from my account which is only meant to happen after they actually send the products out and not before). I contacted them and got told “something went wrong” so I had to manually send them another mail telling them what I actuall bought(and already paid for) so they could send it out. If I had forgot about ordering it nothing would have happened and the money would have been lost. I just received the package - 1 item was correct (at least it’s the one I really needed) but the other was missed and some spare glass part for a bong was included instead. I’m just gonna leave it as it is, as I have not got the patience to go through with a claim for a 7 euro item.
