Can I give negative stars? What a piece of crap service! We booked a flight to Los Angeles in December 2019.Then COVID hit. We were given vouchers to use for future flights.Then more restrictions occurred and now I'm basically out $400 . I was told in September that if I signed up for American Airlines Advantage program, that I could still get a free flight. After my wife has called Travelshitty over 50 times without any service, they have now told us that they will not honor the free ticket because ,get this, "we waited too long".
