It’s great to be back Home again with Origin
I was a long standing customer with Origin for both Gas and Electricity. However, when I saw their latest proposed changes to my Electricity Account effective 1 July 2025,in particular the loss of my Solar Panel Rebate, I decided it was time to check with other providers, which I did on 16 Jun. On 18 Jun I received a phone call from Origin asking why I was leaving them. I explained and immediately advised my Solar rebate would continue beyond 1 July . However, this was not the prime reason why I elected to return to Origin, it was the fact that Origin exhibited a level concern at loosing a rather small customer.
