Where do I start
Where do I start, its great when you dig up my field to put connections for four of my neighbours and I am left with a muddy mess. I changed my internet to Wessex early February and the next day asked for my land line to be included, they sent me an adapter and the change over was due to take place on February 20th, after messing around all day waiting for this to happen we had nothing. Phone calls followed the next day, no help.Monday after insisting they send out an engineer they send a young lady who had no knowledge of telephones. Phoning back today I am told to get in touch with my provider I said they were the provider and then they had the nerve to say they dont have Telephone Engineers as such and if it doesnt work they dont know how to fix it. Just dont change telephone to Wessex.
