Made the mistake of buying a hosting…
Made the mistake of buying a hosting package for multiple websites from this company in July. Support takes anything from days to weeks to reply. I have still not been able to upload anything that works where I can with ease on my other servers. Terrible product that feels like it was a test product and is not fit for purpose. Do yourself a favour and do not use Heart Internet for anything but leaving for a good hosting company. NB: it is a shame that heart internets reply is not constructive or solve the problem which is now nearly a week old.
