Patient, thorough, winners
A complex process, very patiently explained by the legal team. Every effort was made to provide a path through litigation laypeople can understand. Regretful that the process was ever required, but very pleased with the assistance from Irwin Mitchell, and an outcome that will very much help offset the costs of ongoing treatment and improving comfort. I've nothing against which to compare them, but after a sluggish start (guess that's standard), the team were efficient and driven.
