Horrible software & customer service

Horrible software, horrible email support, don’t want people with good credit scores (that would get 0% interest). I got approved but never got to where they gave us money, but based on what we saw I believe all the horrible experiences people reported here. This is not the kind of company you want to use for money transactions. I am a fantastic borrower, 800+ credit score and low debt to income, that might have worked against me (they would not make much money off me as I would take the 0% APR 2 year choice). I saw the reviews here but the company we were doing a high dollar purchase from said they had no problems so we decided to try it. For a backup we walked into our local credit union and within 30 min got a new intro 0% apr credit card we could also use. Bread software would just blow up (close) with no error messages at all. Several times in a row. Later I got emails saying they could not pull credit and they needed one of 5 credit agencies to be opened up. So I opened up the one most companies used. Same issues. Contacted email support and listed the credit agency where the freeze was lifted, I asked if they ran credit again and asked which agency they used. Got an email response saying "understand your concern" with no answers to questions, and saying unfreeze a credit agency. I got a canned email with generic credit agency info but had equifax listed so opened that credit agency and got one step forward. Then it asked for an Id to be uploaded. I got a message done successfully, but when continued the order was taken to Id verification again (3 times). Got 3 emails asking for the ID to be uploaded - used one of those links. Then got 20 more emails the next 24 hours saying they wanted the ID. I got an email later that said to contact them with a phone number 888-329-5435 and got a live person. She said no ID was uploaded (despite us doing that 4 times) but then she found it. She "had to do something" and then said we would hear tomorrow. More emails overnight, most asking for an ID upload. Called the number again, was told an email was sent the night before with a decision. Never got it (yes, I checked). He resent it. It said denied possible fraudulent activity (no confirmation of anything they thought was fraud). If they are this bad when applying, they will be that bad when distributing and administering the loan (as others have reported). Find another way to pay for what you want.
