We have had a great experience selling through John Shepard, we recently put our home on the market and have been so impressed with the service. Sophie was initially dealing with us when we were deciding to put it up on the market, she was very proactive following up and always happy to assist. She arranged everything quickly and efficiently to suit us, the photography work and video upload really made a difference to the interest we had, we were very impressed how well they were able to advertise our home. Jordon was involved in doing the viewings for our home, and was very proactive in contacting potential buyers. He was always happy to help when I called with any questions, and very accommodating. Between Sophie and Jordan they were able to bring in a lot of viewings for our home. I was very impressed with their proactive approach and their customer service. We sold our home under two weeks of it being on the market, we couldn’t of asked for more. We will definitely recommend to friends and family and would definitely use John Shepard as a first choice going forward.
