hi anyone with their money stuck and they not refunding please reach out to financial ombudsman uk. but before doing complaint to financial ombudsman you need to complaint to wirex first using their correct complaint form once you get a reply from wirex either final response letter or if eight weeks have passed since you first made complaint with wirex keep a record of the date and screenshot then financial ombudsman does help once they are involved it will only take one day for them to refund you. has happened to me i had around £9000 stuck with them but i acted fast and with 1 month it was sorted. also if anyone can report to financial ombudsman you dont have to be a uk resident.
