The customer support is honestly the best from any company I’ve experienced. They answer right away, call back when promised, give the stuff sorted right away. Real people, who seem to actually care, even when issues on OpenReaches side affect the account, they go hard to get it rectified. Gives me a little bit of hope in this capitalist world of scumbag business who care about nothing but your wallet.
