Placed an order for a watch winder
Placed an order for a watch winder, delivery was estimated for the next working day, it didn't turn up then and didn't turn up the day after either. I was also not given a despatch notification. I emailed AMJ with no response, the following day I had to call them only to be told the winder I ordered wasn't in stock. I asked if I could switch to a different colour but AMJ seemingly only send 1 email a day, so that process has taken longer than it should have. It is not the kind of service I expect from a reasonably high end watch dealer. The service I have experienced fills me with no confidence so I shan't be using AMJ in the future. Here is hoping I one day receive my watch winder, hopefully in the colour I originally ordered it as well. Bumped up to a three, as my winder was received, albeit not the exact one I wanted and days after it should have been here
