I`m afraid one star is for delivery
I`m afraid one star is for delivery. We requested delivery at the back entrance, due to health and safety we are not supposed to accept some orders at reception, due to stairs. DPD don`t seem to take any notice of the address at the moment as this has happened a few times lately. On that note you would have had 5 stars !!
