TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have ordered on the 11th of November, supposedly I was to receive an order confirmation email, which I still have not received. On the website, there seems to be an order for me, which is supposedly being processed and I would get a notification when it is shipped out - NOTHING so far. On the other hand, for several days I have been trying to contact MAC customer service; the only possibility seems chat, which is managed by a bot, and never connects to a person, so you spend hours waiting for no help at all. I tried calling, again another bot - after several questions back and forth having to press numbers for them to direct my call, the bot never appeared to understand what I needed so again useless. In my whole online shopping experience, I have never encountered such BAD customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
