Don’t use if you’re on a strict schedule.

Booking was easy but service is not to standard. Appointment time wasn’t honoured. Booked for a 11-1 arrival. Had to call them to find out where they were at 1:20, while waiting around to let them in through the gates. Get told another hour. Then over two hours past the allotted time range and get a call from another mechanic who tried to get me to cancel so they didn’t have to come today. Appointment was booked with the assurance the mechanic would make the time as I am supposed to be offsite by 4pm and am now told it will go well over 5. Very dissatisfied without even getting any work done and won’t be using lubemobile again. A call or text much earlier would have mitigated much of the frustration. Attending mechanic is great but was clearly being stuffed around by scheduling and management.
