To Instagram Support, I am writing this message in complete frustration and disbelief. My Instagram account was hacked THREE MONTHS AGO, and despite submitting countless recovery forms, security selfie videos, and identification documents, I have received nothing but automated responses. This is absolutely unacceptable. My account represents years of personal memories and professional connections, and watching a hacker actively use it while I'm locked out is infuriating. I have proof of my identity, proof of account ownership, and even previous login information - yet I cannot speak to a single human being about this issue. Your automated system is clearly broken. I've followed every single recovery step multiple times, only to be met with automated emails that lead nowhere. How is it possible that a platform with billions of users has no direct customer support? The fact that hackers have more control over my account than I do, its rightful owner, is absurd. I need to speak with a real person to resolve this issue. This is affecting my business relationships and personal life. Either provide me with actual human support or escalate this to someone who can help. This situation has gone on far too long. I expect a real response this time, not another automated message.
