Order Strategically for High Quality and Low Prices
Loop Mobile is a great option if you don't want to break the bank and are comfortable buying refurbished products. I ordered a pristine iPhone 13 Mini, and it arrived in better condition than I expected. I was prepared to receive a phone with 80% maximum battery capacity, so imagine my surprise to see that it was 100%. I was really happy about this since there wasn't an option to request a battery upgrade. I didn't see any noticeable scratches outside of maybe a slight chip around the border of the camera. I haven't had a chance to make any phone calls, but I'll update the review if there are any problems. My only gripe is you need to be strategic when you order a device. Loop Mobile ships most of its products via FedEx 2-Day and (understandably) requires a direct signature. I wasn't planning on being home for most of the day, so I attempted to reschedule the delivery instead to a day I didn't have any plans. Unfortunately, that didn't seem to make a difference. FedEx's delivery tracking still said it was arriving early (i.e., the original scheduled day). Long story short, I had to wait until the following day so I could sign for my delivery. Overall, I would recommend Loop Mobile for gently used electronics, provided you plan ahead of time to ensure you or a housemate is available to sign for the delivery.
