I love the gym
I love the gym, i call it my second home, staff at the reception and the gym are brilliant, accept some are on a power trip, for them members don't matter. Today i went to a yoga class at Nuffield in Surbiton, taught by a most unqualified male yoga teacher, who doesn't even know how to give simple things like how to give correct breathing instructions, which is the most important part of yoga, throughout the class he kept on blowing from his mouth like he is blowing a balloon,, he didn't modify the postures for people like knee back problems. If anyone here are a member of Nuffield and if you are a beginner who have not done yoga before, please keep away from this class. There are lots of good yoga teachers teaching at Nuffield who are properly trained who are aware of people's safety are teaching at Nuffield.
