We booked our holiday through Travel Counsellors this year and would never go back! Gone are the hours of trawling through the internet for inspiration and options! We spoke to our counsellor with our requirements but we didn’t even have a destination in mind. After, we downloaded the app. Through this we were offered several amazing choices all tailored to what we’d love. We chose Egypt and our package included beach resort with internal flights for a Cairo trip to see the pyramids and a half day boat trip to experience the wow factor of the Red Sea coral reefs. Everything was arranged for us and all the documentation we needed was added to the app so all in one place and no need for files of printed off papers. We thought that was it as a service and were impressed with everything. However once we were away there was a phone mast fire and we had no service so couldn’t communicate final confirmations etc. In jumped our travel counsellor, who ran everything for us from her end and made it possible for things to still go ahead. Others who had booked through the well known holiday provider had their trips cancelled. We were amazed how smoothly everything went, even with things we’d forgotten to ask for like late checkout had already been added by our counsellor. There was no up selling but plenty of options for us to be inspired by, everything was within our budget we’d asked for and none of it cost us a penny extra! Honestly this is the way to go to book not just holidays but mini breaks at home too and my husband’s business trips! We’ll never go back to booking any other way! A special shout out to our local counsellor suzie.platt who is now our go to travel guru! Suzie has so much knowledge and travel experience, she was like having a chat with Google Assistant! Super friendly and very professional, we felt looked after at every turn, nothing was too much trouble, a quick check-in with us to make sure all was good on arrival but we weren’t hassled and as I say as soon as we needed help she was there at the drop of a hat, sorting things out in the background! So pleased to have found this service - it’s the only way to travel!
