Poor Service from Esky
Poor Service from Esky I am deaf and traveled alone. I paid 600 NOK to my doctor for a medical certificate confirming my disability, so that Esky could arrange assistance for me. However, when my flight was delayed by two hours, and I arrived in London from Oslo, my connecting flight to China was cancelled due to the delay. The assistance I received was unprofessional – the staff were laughing and I was left alone at the hotel. I had to pay for a new flight to China and Osaka on my own. Despite the inconvenience and additional costs, Esky refused to refund me. This was very disappointing, and I feel the service provided was extremely poor. I expected better support, especially given my situation as a person with a disability.
