AVOID!!
Terrible company from the beginning. They take less money from the direct debit each month and prolong the loan and interest gained. I wouldn’t trust this company as far as I could throw them. Very poor and I can’t wait to get rid of them. Complaint was raised which took them 8 weeks to the day to ‘resolve’. Nothing was resolved despite them admitting fault. Case now raised to the ombudsman. I would seriously avoid this company at all costs.
