as poor as it gets...
Delays, poor handling at Prague, and a case still unresolved since August. I can't believe how airline companies in Europe still can get away with this, when 261/2004 was supposed to protect passengers... pathetic customer service, not even an excuse... and if you look at the average delays... do not try connecting flights with them
