One star because of false advertising- the water mug looks nice, but it is not a genuine Stanley cup as advertised, so should have been much less in price. They do not respond to inquiries in regard to their false advertising or refund requests. Just keep bombard me daily with discounts on additional purchases, which aren't going to happen. FALSE ADVERTISING SCAM!
