DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I had thee WORST experience I have even had from a rental car company, either domestic or internationally. I decided to write this review because I would never want anyone to experience what I did. 1. Upon arriving at the airport with already having reserved and paying for the rental car, the rental car was not ready. 2. Hours later, I did not get the car I selected (I know this is quite common with other companies). 3. Received a small clown car with "Panek" advertisement stickers littered all over the car. We could not fit all 4 of us, nor our luggage, in this vehicle, and had to call one of our family members to assist us. 4. Was told Panek would deliver the right car to us, a few days later. 5. Panek never delivered the new car to us, we had to drive BACK to the airport to pickup the car, at a gas station, not even their rental facility. 6. After brining the 2nd car back in great condition, we were told our security deposit would be credited back to us in 2 weeks. We were never credited back, and were forced to make a dispute through our credit card company. After 5 weeks, the credit is STILL pending! 7. Now, 2 months later, we have received an email from Panek's law department, that we never paid for the rental car and are currently in a dispute with them. This company does not have their priorities in order, they completely fail to properly communicate with their customers, they are not customer support friendly, and will continue to lie to you along the way about what they're doing to help you. This company should be out of business. I feel bad for the people that work there, and have to deal with all the customer complaints, and work in such a failure of a business model. SHAME on PANEK!!!
