Abysmal customer service / still no bike
Abysmal customer service. Been waiting foe a bike for ages. Meant to be delivered early last week and goal post moved to early this week. Three emails not replied to and you cannot call them as an automated message says they are too busy Happy to speak to you to get the money at the beginning and then just fibbed off continuously on email. Been paying for the bike for two wage payments so far through Cycle to Work scheme and not actually got a bike. Even Cycle to work have contacted me to ask how the bike is as on their system it is down as being in my possession. Useless. Will I ever get my bike?
