No shine

As far as service goes company is great. Very fast shipping. Had it delivered in under two weeks. I do have to admit I am a little underwhelmed as to the aesthetics of the physical product versus the online photos. Online the ring is high definition and highly polished. The physical product had no shine to it and was somewhat lackluster. I’m taking it to get cleaned and polished. Hoping it helps. Other than that it was a very easy transaction.
