Die App zur Identifikation funktioniert…

Die App zur Identifikation funktioniert nicht. Die Bank schikaniert einen ständig bei Nutzung der App. Was wünscht man sich als Kunde noch. Bringt einfach mal das System kundenfreundlich.

Bei Vertragskündigung nicht unbedingt seriös

Solange wie man Kunde be DNS net ist und nicht auf die vertraglich vereinbarte und bezahlte Geschwindigkeit besteht ist alles ok.15 Jahre Kunde!!! Bei Kündigung des Vertrages sollte man die 5 Jahre alte Hardware schon Taggenau zurücksenden sonst kommt ohne Vorwarnung die Rechnung zum Neupreis. Seriös sieht anders aus.
